Fresh Finds: Gingerbread House Decor
A few years ago I purchased this resin gingerbread village and this photo became my most liked post on Instagram! I had seen it in the homes of several home decor bloggers I follow and fell in love with it the moment I saw it. Gingerbread cookies happen to be my very favorite holiday cookie and the pastel colors of this piece matched what I already had. I knew finding something like this was next to impossible but I made a wish anyway. I ended up going to Home Goods one evening on a whim and stood in shock when I saw this sitting on the top shelf. Nothing has ever flown into my cart faster! It came home with me and I’ve used it in my pastel Christmas kitchen ever since!

Over the years I’ve received so many messages inquiring about this piece (“Where did I find it?” “How much did it cost?” “Are you willing to sell it?”). The truth is it’s very hard to find online and it’s been sold out every time I check. It makes sense that gingerbread house decor would get popular at Christmas time so I thought I would do a round up of several Freshly Fuji-approved gingerbread houses. This 9″ LED Gingerbread House looks like the real thing! The piped icing, adorable cookies and colored wafers make it look extra sweet.
